Golf Digest Names Tennessee Golf Trail Courses as
“Best Places to Play”

Six courses from the Tennessee Golf Trail rated four stars or better in the 2008-2009 edition of Golf Digest’s “Best Places to Play” in Tennessee. Bear Trace at Cumberland Mountain was one of five courses that rated 4 ½ stars in Tennessee. Only 23 courses in Tennessee rated four stars or better by Golf Digest readers. Courses were evaluated by nearly 20,000 Golf Digest readers on a five point scale.
